in search of high carb recipes

im no longer fan of low carb

100% of low-carbers think they are metabolically challenged cases, in reality probably 99% of them are not. Starches and fatty foods are a bad combination. However, for most of the time carbs and sugar makes the perfect culprit. This theory of carbs causing obesity would be perfect unless we wouldn't see obese people going on ultra-high carb vegetarian diets and loose weight.
Of course the fat loss won't usually be as quick since you loose less water, you don't deplete your glycogen stores overnight, which is very good, incase you want to be feel even slightly energetic. However, we have plenty of evidence where obese people put to ultra-rich carbo diets and have actually managed to stay thin. What is the case with long-term low-carbers?"
